To enable an additional user Cookiebot account follow the steps below. You can then manage the Cookiebot account with multiple people with their own Cookiebot login.

Note, user management requires a premium subscription and is only accessible in the Cookiebot “Manager” interface. Follow the steps below to start with user management.

This feature is not present in Cookiebot by default, but we can activate it for you upon request.

1. Have you created a Cookiebot account with CookieInfo as your reseller? Go to step 3. Other wise follow step 2.
2. Link CookieInfo as a reseller to your Cookiebot account (the settings and prices of your Cookiebot subscription will be maintained). We help you with Cookiebot support questions about implementation, prior consent or custom banner questions.
3. Once CookieInfo is linked as your reseller, you now have access to both the Cookiebot manager and the Cookiebot admin (new interface). Go to step 4.
4. Send us an email or contact us and mention for which account you want to activate Cookiebot “user management”
5. CookieInfo processes your request and notifies you when “user management” is activated in the Cookiebot Manager.
6. Log in with your login credentials and follow the steps below to create a new Cookiebot user.

This allows you to give employees, your marketing or web agency access to your Cookiebot account.
